How to measure: BAND SIZE
1) Holding the measuring tape gently but firmly measure around your ribcage directly under your bust.
2) add 5 to this measurement to obtain your band size.
example: 33'' + 5 = 38'' band size

How to measure: CUP SIZE
1) Measure around the bust at the fullest point ( do not snug)
2) Subtract your band size measurements from this second measurement.

The difference is your cup size:
1'' = A cup
2'' = B cup
3'' = C cup
4'' = D cup
5'' = DD/E cup
example: 41'' - 38''(band) size = 3'' = C cup size
